Participation: Software selection success depends on the active participation of the following key groups.
Project Sponsor - Primary contact which coordinates resources and reviews work products. Provides overall project direction and issue resolution.
Software Selection Team - Participates in requirements definition and prioritization as well as software demonstrations.
