I just wanted to thank you for my recent experience with Entire Computer Solutions. When it comes to our technology and valuable data, every minute we’re down may mean our services are down. This is unacceptable! But with some other companies I’ve worked with, I’ve gotten the response, “We’ll get back to you.” That would be okay if they actually got back to me … but usually, they don’t respond for days! However, your company really exceeded our expectations compared with our past experiences.


You gave us a reasonable, realistic time frame – so I wasn’t waiting around for a technician who may not show up. And here’s what I liked best: Your tech came to my office, got down to work and got the job done quickly. There wasn’t a lot of time-wasting chatter that we end up getting billed for. In addition, we’re very cost-conscious, so I like how you explained my options and the price differences, made a recommendation, but let me decide.

Your company is good, professional – and I’m comfortable working with you. It may be one reason you’ve been in business so long, while other tech firms have come and gone. Thanks again!

I didn't have to waste time wondering what was wrong with my system. When I called, you asked me questions to figure out what was wrong. Then you sent out Joe, who's been doing this for 15 years and has seen it all. His inspection confirmed what we talked about on the phone. Joe got right to work when he arrived.
